Driver Behaviour Analysis

The customer required an operational review of telematics driver behaviour data with analysis. The aim was to identify the causes of driver behaviour and make recommendations for driver coaching and training. Included in the project was a bespoke driver behaviour report.

Operational Review

Our Telematics consultants reviewed the driver-side operation of in-house specialist temperature-controlled courier operation. Based on the results we trained drivers in the correct use of delivery/collection, QA and vehicle checks paperwork resulting in an immediate increase in data capture accuracy.

A report on recommendations for full integration of in-vehicle data with existing vehicle tracking and Routing / Scheduling applications was included.
